Samay Consulting is seeking an experienced Salesforce Program Manager for our client, a leading manufacturer in the modular and manufactured housing industry. With operations across multiple facilities and a strong market position in prefabricated construction solutions, our client is embarking on a digital transformation journey to enhance customer experience, streamline sales processes, and optimize service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Salesforce multi-cloud solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and Marketing Cloud)
- Develop project governance, timelines, and resource allocation strategies aligned with manufacturing business cycles
- Coordinate cross-functional teams spanning sales, customer service, engineering, manufacturing, and retail operations
- Drive change management and ensure high user adoption across diverse user groups
- Communicate progress and manage stakeholder expectations at multiple organizational levels
- Identify and mitigate risks while resolving implementation challenges specific to the housing manufacturing sector
- Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions, with special focus on CPQ functionality for complex modular product configurations
Qualifications
- 7+ years of project/program management experience.
- 5+ years specifically managing Salesforce implementations.
- Proven success with multi-cloud Salesforce projects (Sales, Service, CPQ, Marketing).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
- Experience with manufacturing business processes and systems integration preferred.
- Knowledge of CPQ implementation for complex product configurations highly valued.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
- Salesforce Administrator or Consultant certification highly desired.
- Ability to travel up to 20% to client site in Troy, Michigan.
