Key Responsibilities:
Business Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute growth strategies to scale the portfolio company, including business development, market expansion, and operational efficiencies.
- Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion strategies.
- Monitor and analyze key business performance metrics, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Operations & Process Optimization
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with strategic goals.
- Implement and refine business processes, SOPs, and systems to enhance productivity and scalability.
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and reporting to ensure strong financial health and sustainability.
Leadership & Team Management
- Work closely with the leadership team of the portfolio company to align on strategic goals and execution.
- Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Serve as a key liaison between the portfolio company and the investment firm, providing updates and strategic insights.
Stakeholder & Investor Relations
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, suppliers, and investors.
- Present business performance updates and strategic initiatives to the investment team and board members.
Key Requirements:
- A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (MBA preferred)
- 1-3 years of relevant experience, ideally within a startup, B2B, professional services, or legal context.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
