Requirements:
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in business development for IT staffing.
  • Strong knowledge of IT staffing processes and industry trends.
  • Experience in acquiring direct clients for IT staffing services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with VMS/MSP platforms.
  • Strong network of direct clients in the IT staffing industry.
  • Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
