Job Description:
We are seeking a Data Governance & Data Quality Engineer with 10-12+ years of experience to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This role will primarily focus on designing and implementing Data Quality Governance frameworks in the financial industry. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in data governance, data quality frameworks, and familiarity with financial industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Data Quality Governance Frameworks: Develop and implement robust data governance strategies, policies, and frameworks for ensuring high-quality data management practices in a financial industry context.
- Tools Expertise: Utilize tools such as Axiom, GDE (Governance Data Element), and Non-Govern Data Elements to manage and monitor data governance frameworks.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data architects, engineers, and business stakeholders, to ensure proper data governance standards are maintained.
- Industry Expertise: Apply best practices for data governance and quality management in the financial services industry, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- AMPF Experience: Experience with AMPF (Asset Management and Financial Products) is a plus but not required.
Required Qualifications:
- 10-12+ years of experience in data governance, data quality management, or related fields.
- Strong experience in data governance frameworks and data quality management in the finance industry.
- Proficiency with tools such as Axiom, GDE (Governance Data Element), and Non-Govern Data Element.
- Experience in working within the financial services or financial sector is essential.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and improve data governance processes.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with AMPF (Asset Management and Financial Products) is highly desirable.
