As an IIB Tech Lead, you're responsible for leading the technical direction of integration projects using
IBM Integration Bus (IIB), guiding developers, ensuring quality, and delivering solutions efficiently,

- Technical Leadership:
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team, ensuring adherence to best practices
- and standards.
- Drive solution development through requirements gathering, analysis, and design.

- IIB Expertise:
