- Understanding of safety procedures related to operating machinery and handling tools
- Reliable transportation for traveling between various work sites
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed for seasonal work or emergencies
- Willingness to undergo a background check as part of the hiring process
- Willingness to undergo drug screening, as requested for certain placements
