The Associate Director is a member of the Campus Ministry Team and has a supportive role in the department’s other activities such as school wide and class liturgies, reconciliation services, Kairos, and Adult Faith Formation programming.

Desired Qualifications
- 3+ years high school ministry experience
- Master’s Degree
- Practicing Catholic
- Background in Liturgy Coordination
- Recruit, select, and train student for the Senior Retreat Team.
- Coordinate Sophomore and Junior Retreats.
- Support The Director of Campus Ministry with Big Brother training, Frosh Orientation, Frosh Overnight.
- Attends at least 1 Kairos retreat a year as time allows and coordinates the setup at Applegate.
- Coordinates the Kairos Student Prayer Service – Simulcast
- Coordinate collection of letters for Frosh and Kairos retreats
- Support the coordination of Reconciliation Services with other Campus Ministry Team Members – Takes an active role in leading Reconciliation one semester
- Assist with the Adult Faith Formation Program
- Assist the Campus Ministry Team in planning and executing of the Kairos Retreat and school-wide and class liturgies
- Coordinates the reception for Mother-Son and Father-Son Liturgies.
- This position is classified as full-time Exempt position
- Benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, retirement matching and more
- This position will begin work on/about August 1, 2025, to prepare for the school year and is to be completed in accordance with the published school calendar as instructed by the school’s administration.
- New faculty may be asked to or expected to complete some preliminary training and/or engage in preliminary onboarding experiences during the summer of 2025.
