Role Description

This is a part-time role for an Administrative Assistant, based in Flagler Beach, FL. As a hybrid position, some work-from-home is acceptable. The Administrative Assistant will handle a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, such as managing phone calls, scheduling meetings, and maintaining executive schedules. The role involves providing executive administrative assistance, ensuring effective communication, and supporting the team with clerical tasks.

Qualifications

  • Administrative Assistance, Executive Administrative Assistance, and Clerical Skills
  • Strong Communication and Phone Etiquette skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other common office software
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Experience in a business, consulting, or coaching environment is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent minimum; some college preferred; additional qualifications as an administrative assistant or secretary will be a plus
