Job Description:



  • We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Consultant specializing in SAP S/4HANA Record to Report (R2R) to lead training sessions and support end users in system navigation and best practices.

  • This role will be instrumental in enhancing user adoption by delivering engaging and effective training while developing key learning materials.

  • The ideal candidate will have strong presentation skills and the ability to support learning strategies, working collaboratively with another training consultant to create comprehensive training materials such as Quick Reference Guides (QRGs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and e-learning tools.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead training sessions for end users on SAP S/4HANA R2R processes, ensuring effective knowledge transfer.

  • Provide hands-on support to end users, guiding them in navigation, reporting, and best practices for financial and accounting processes.

  • Collaborate with another training consultant to develop training materials, including QRGs, SOPs, e-learning content, and job aids.

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to identify training needs and tailor learning programs accordingly.

  • Support the deployment of SAP S/4HANA R2R by providing change management and user adoption strategies.

  • Conduct training assessments and feedback sessions to continuously improve training effectiveness.

  • Partner with SAP functional and technical teams to ensure training materials reflect system enhancements and updates.


Qualifications & Experience:



  • 5+ years of experience as an SAP Functional Consultant with expertise in SAP S/4HANA Record to Report (R2R).

  • Proven experience in leading SAP training sessions and supporting user adoption.

  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.

  • Experience in developing training materials (QRGs, SOPs, e-learning content, etc.).

  • Knowledge of finance and accounting processes within SAP S/4HANA.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.


Preferred Skills:



  • Experience with SAP Enable Now or other e-learning tools.

  • Knowledge of SAP Fiori and reporting tools.

  • Certification in SAP S/4HANA Finance or related modules is a plus.
