  • Management Experience: Previous leadership roles in hospitality are a plus.
  • Fine Dining Expertise: Experience in fine dining environments is highly desirable.
  • Banquet Service: Familiarity with banquet service operations is beneficial.
  • Bartending Experience: Skills in tending bar are a plus.
  • Wine, Spirits, and Beer Knowledge: In-depth understanding of beverages is essential.
  • Teamwork: A strong commitment to working collaboratively with others is crucial to success.
  • Requirement: Computer/POS Knowledge (Northstar Technologies is a Bonus!).
