Summary:
In this position, the Executive Content will drive the successful execution of their executive thought leadership content program and manage content-related logistics, budgets, and operations for multiple high-profile executive events, including our Executive Summit, Customer Advisory Board meetings, and World Economic Forum activation. Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end speaker and content logistics for multiple executive events throughout the year, including scheduling and communication
* Develop and maintain comprehensive workback plans for content initiatives and multiple event workstreams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality assets
* Coordinate internal and external content council meetings, including scheduling, documentation, and follow-up
* Support subject matter experts in the development and execution of assets for a robust and high-quality thought leadership content calendar
* Manage and ensure a high-quality standard of design asset creation and maintenance, including coordination with creative teams and tracking deliverables
* Manage project timelines, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and deliverables are met on schedule
* Track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple workstreams
* Maintain organized documentation of all project assets and status reports
* Define tracking and performance methodologies to measure content utilization and effectiveness
* Drive content cohesiveness by ensuring consistent branding and executive content editorial standards are distributed and enforced across all content
REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of project management experience, with focus on content or marketing programs
* Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects with complex stakeholder groups
* Strong track record of developing and maintaining project timelines and workback schedules
* Experience coordinating with executive-level stakeholders
* Excellent organizational and documentation skills
* Strong written and verbal communication abilities
* Experience managing creative workflows and content development processes
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and remotely
* Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools
Experience with:
* Slack, G Suite, Mac Computer, Stripe focused tools
* PowerPoint, Word, Zoom, etc.
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
