Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Amazon Connect Developer to lead and contribute to large-scale contact center solutions. The ideal candidate will have a total of 7+ years in software development and at least 3+ years of hands-on experience working with Amazon Connect as a contact center lead or developer. This role involves designing, developing, deploying, and migrating contact center solutions, integrating with tools like Amazon Lex, AWS Lambda, and leveraging knowledge of AWS services.


Key Responsibilities

Contact Center Development

  • Lead the design, development, deployment, and migration of scalable contact center solutions.
  • Configure and manage Contact Flows, Queues, and Routing Profiles within Amazon Connect.
  • Build complex integrations with Amazon Lex, AWS Lambda, and other AWS tools.

Technical Expertise

  • Work with Dynamo DB, AWS CloudWatch, and AWS CloudTrail for system monitoring and logging.
  • Apply and troubleshoot Amazon IAM concepts to ensure security and access control.
  • Write high-quality technical design documents, lead review sessions with customers, and gather approvals for solutions.

Collaboration and Troubleshooting

  • Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to address technical requirements and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Amazon Connect Contact Flow and CCP (Contact Control Panel) issues efficiently.

Agile Methodology

  • Participate in projects following Agile Methodology, ensuring iterative development and continuous improvement.


Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 7+ years of experience in software development, including TypeScript and Python.
  • At least 3+ years of hands-on experience as an Amazon Connect lead/developer.
  • Proven expertise in configuring and managing Contact Flows, Queues, Routing Profiles, and integrations with Amazon Lex and AWS Lambda.
  • Knowledge of Dynamo DB, AWS CloudWatch, and AWS CloudTrail.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon IAM concepts for security and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent ability to write technical design documents and lead review sessions with stakeholders.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in process optimization and scaling contact center solutions further.
  • Familiarity with emerging contact center technologies and frameworks.
