We are looking for an SAP Acquire to Retire Functional Lead to enhance our organization with their technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. This role will support the Senior Manager SAP F2P, A2R, and EH&S and can be performed remotely or in-office.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of SAP solutions for the Acquire to Retire (A2R) process.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and create effective SAP solutions.
Ensure SAP designs align with business goals and industry best practices.
Define functional requirements and document them clearly for development teams.
Oversee development and testing to ensure solutions work as intended.
Provide support for escalated issues, working with the managed service team to resolve them efficiently.
Identify training needs and help create training materials.
Manage project scope and requirement changes to balance business needs with technical feasibility.
Work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high-quality results.
Required Skills & Experience
12+ years of experience in SAP, including:
SAP Enterprise Project Portfolio Management (EPPM)
SAP Investment Management
SAP Project Systems (PS)
SAP Plant Maintenance (PM)
Strong understanding of SAP Capital Projects & Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).
Experience with SAP S/4HANA and its core modules.
Expertise in Maintenance Work Management processes (work planning, scheduling, execution, reporting).
Knowledge of SAP integration between maintenance, procurement, inventory, and safety (EH&S).
Hands-on experience in manufacturing, maintenance, and capital projects is a plus.
SAP certifications in relevant modules are an added advantage.
Soft Skills
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
Ability to work independently and in teams.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
