Job Summary:
Client is seeking a Salesforce Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions. This role will be responsible for defining the Salesforce architecture strategy, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems, and driving innovation across sales, marketing, and order management functions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Architecture & Design:
Lead Salesforce solution design, ensuring scalability, performance, and best practices.
Define and maintain Salesforce architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices.
Develop solution roadmaps for Salesforce implementations across different business units.
Technical Leadership & Development:
Serve as a technical lead on Salesforce projects, guiding development teams in designing and implementing solutions.
Design and develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Salesforce APIs, SOQL, and application integrations.
Ensure the optimal use of Salesforce capabilities, minimizing custom development.
Business Process Optimization:
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to streamline processes through Salesforce automation.
Re-engineer business workflows to improve efficiency and user experience.
Recommend alternative approaches and assess the technical impact of new features.
Integration & Data Management:
Design integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems (ERP, CPQ, Marketing Automation, etc.).
Oversee data migration and management strategies within Salesforce.
Ensure data integrity and security best practices are followed.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and IT teams to align Salesforce solutions with business needs.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers and administrators.
Prepare technical documentation and implementation plans.
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
9+years of experience in Salesforce development, design, and architecture.
Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and REST/SOAP APIs.
Strong knowledge of data modeling, security, and governance within Salesforce.
Experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems using MuleSoft, Boomi, or custom APIs.
Preferred:
Salesforce Certifications: Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect.
Experience with CPQ, Einstein Analytics, and Marketing Cloud.
Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD tools for Salesforce (Copado, Gearset, etc.).
