Data Analyst

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data analysis, visualization, and reporting, with expertise in SQL, Python, and BI tools. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data trends, optimize business processes, and support data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI
• Write complex SQL queries to extract, clean, and manipulate data
• Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to support business decisions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through validation and quality checks
• Work with data engineering teams to improve data pipelines and ETL processes

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization
• Proficiency in SQL (joins, CTEs, window functions) and Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn)
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
• Knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills to present insights to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark)
• Familiarity with machine learning and statistical modeling
• Knowledge of ETL pipelines and data engineering concepts
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
