  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  2. 10+ years of Strong experience with DB2 and PostgreSQL
  3. 5+ years of Database Migration experience, both homogenous and heterogenous.
  4. Experience w/ Data Migration tools like pg_dump or pg_restore or pg_admin
  5. 10+ years of DBA experience on Linux based platforms.
  6. Expert skills on DB backup/restore, database monitoring, security, access for both DB2 and PostgreSQL.

Not looking for SQL Server DBAs!!!!!

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years of Experience in database administration of PostgreSQL and DB2

We are looking for an experienced Migration DBA/DB Engineer to migrate of our legacy, large database from DB2 platform to PostgreSQL platform. The candidate would be responsible for assessing the current DB2 environment, designing and implementing the migrating strategy and ensure a smooth transition to PostgreSQL environment with minimal downtime.
