- Expertise in supporting Windows Server / Storage (NetApp, Dell EMC, etc.) / etc.
- Experience in Network support covering Radio/Wireless Motorola, Aviat and Cisco/Juniper/Fortinet/Palo Alto devices, etc.
- Familiarity with ESM ServiceNow / Cloud-AWS/Azure
