Kforce has a client that is seeking a Monte Carlo Data Quality Consultant in New York, NY.

Summary:
The Monte Carlo Data Quality Consultant will be responsible for reviewing and refining data quality rules within the Monte Carlo platform, ensuring that data quality standards are met and maintained to support effective data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities:
* Review and assess the client's established data quality rules, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
* Define and document requirements for data quality rules based on business needs and best practices
* Conduct extensive data profiling to identify data quality issues and areas for enhancement
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data quality measures and ensure adherence to established standards
* Monitor and report on data quality metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders for continuous improvement

REQUIREMENTS:
* Extensive experience with Monte Carlo Data Quality or similar data observability platforms
* Strong background in data profiling and data quality assessment methodologies
* Excellent analytical skills to identify data quality issues and recommend solutions
* Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
* Ability to define and document data quality requirements effectively

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
