Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Supply Chain Lead Developer with a strong background in ERP Oracle implementation and supply chain management within the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and optimizing Oracle Supply Chain solutions in a hospital or healthcare setting. This role requires expertise in Oracle ERP modules (SCM, Procurement, Inventory, etc.), implementation experience, and the ability to lead technical solutions that enhance supply chain operations in a healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage Oracle Supply Chain (SCM) implementation, customization, and optimization projects in a healthcare environment.
  • Design, develop, and support Oracle SCM solutions, including modules like Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, and Purchasing.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders (supply chain, procurement, and IT teams) to understand requirements and implement scalable solutions.
  • Customize and enhance Oracle ERP applications to meet specific healthcare supply chain needs, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
  • Develop and optimize integrations between Oracle ERP and third-party applications (EHR, warehouse management, procurement systems, etc.).
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in Oracle SCM applications and ensure smooth system operations.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and project teams.
  • Conduct system testing, validation, and user training to ensure successful deployment and adoption.
  • Stay updated with Oracle ERP advancements and best practices, recommending upgrades and process improvements.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience as an Oracle ERP Supply Chain Developer, with at least 3+ years in a hospital or healthcare setting.
  • Strong expertise in Oracle ERP Supply Chain modules (Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, Purchasing, etc.).
  • Experience in full-cycle ERP implementations within healthcare organizations.
  • Proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, BI Publisher, and Workflow customization.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and API development for system integrations.
  • Familiarity with healthcare supply chain workflows, inventory management, and regulatory requirements.
  • Hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud SCM or EBS R12 implementation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex Oracle ERP issues.

Candidates with substantial experience with gov agencies, institutions, and projects is added advantage.
