We Are Seeking An experienced Sr. IT Analyst to join our Broadcast Operations Team, supporting live sports events, field operations, and key personnel both on the road and in the office. This role requires a highly adaptable IT professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments and is willing to travel up to 50% of the time. Responsibilities



  • Provide IT support for live broadcasts, ensuring seamless operations in studios, trailers, theaters, hotel conference rooms, and other event locations.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues in real-time during live events.

  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for iNews systems and broadcast applications.

  • Carry a cell phone for on-call support and respond to urgent IT issues.

  • Manage workloads for both individual and team projects, ensuring timely completion.

  • Provide high-level customer service to internal teams, clients, and talent.


Qualifications



  • 5+ years of PC/MAC support experience.

  • Strong knowledge of networking and server technologies (Active Directory, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, WAN/LAN, VPN, Switches, Routers, Firewalls, Microsoft BackOffice, Windows).

  • Familiarity with crimping Cat5/Cat6 cables and logging into network switches to edit configurations.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Slack, Box, and G-Suite.

  • Ability to learn complex procedures quickly and execute them under pressure.

  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to analyze root causes of IT problems.

  • Excellent communication skills-able to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


Preferred



  • Experience working in a live broadcast or sports media environment.

  • Prior experience supporting remote teams and managing IT operations for live events.


Additional Details
The base salary range for this position is $40-50/per hour, depending on experience.


Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
