Recruitment Strategy And Talent Acquisition
- Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment efforts for various departments, ensuring the acquisition of aligned talent in a timely and efficient manner.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment of interns, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring touch points with hiring managers.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract candidates from diverse backgrounds and ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to understand business needs and provide guidance on recruiting strategies, job descriptions, and interview processes.
- Drive the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing offers, while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
- Deliver coachable, trainable talent with the experiences and skills to execute our mission.
- Act as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers, providing insights and recommendations to improve recruitment practices and meet hiring needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as HR Business Partners, marketing, and talent management, to promote our employer brand and enhance recruitment efforts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and other external partners to maximize sourcing channels as/when necessary.
- Manage agency interactions on behalf of the Hiring Manager including supporting scheduling and Candidate interactions as needed.
- Represent HOYA Vision Care at industry events, job fairs, and networking events to build brand awareness and attract talent. (Virtually/In Person)
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline by continuously sourcing, engaging, and nurturing potential candidates, including passive candidates.
- Execute strategies for managing professional recruitment, ensuring effective use of recruitment systems and tools.
- Leverage data and recruitment analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness, identify trends, and solution for needs.
- Collaborate with COE leaders to review and continually enhance Candidate and Hiring Manager experiences, aligned with our HOYA Vision Care culture and CLEAR Values
- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify opportunities for process improvements and increase hiring efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements during the recruitment process.
- Ensure candidates have a seamless and positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Work closely with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth transition for new hires and an effective integration into the company culture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of successfully recruiting for a variety of roles across different levels and functions.
- Experience in talent acquisition for fast-paced, high-growth organizations is highly preferred.
- Expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating with candidates.
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment law, and compliance requirements.
