About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Manager to join our Agile Release Train (ART) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining and delivering desirable, viable, feasible, and sustainable solutions that meet customer needs across the entire product lifecycle. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate customer insights into product vision and work collaboratively across multiple teams to ensure successful product development and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Epic Planning and Readiness:
Engage with Epic Owners, Epic Troika, and ART Leads for backlog and feature scope refinement
Develop detailed acceptance criteria for features
Explore and understand customer needs, developing insights for holistic, customer-centric solutions
Create feature visions and roadmaps aligned with strategy and competitive advantages
Collaborate with Product Owners on feature details and user story writing
Support architectural runway development in partnership with ART Architects
Epic and ART Planning:
Create and communicate compelling strategic visions and roadmaps
Present prioritized features and relevant milestones aligned with business objectives during PI Planning sessions
Collaborate with RTE and impacted application teams to remove risks and impediments
Foster cross-organizational collaboration to break down customer journey outcomes for key initiatives
Participate in RISK ROAM activities for root cause analysis and early mitigation planning
Work with Epic/Business Owners to establish target Business Value ratings on PI Objectives
Post Epic and ART Planning:
Evaluate and accept features on behalf of Epic Owner/business
Ensure product completeness and design "whole solutions" from the customer's perspective
Collaborate with RTE and Release Management to ensure release readiness
Conduct weekly syncs with Product Owners to review progress and identify risks
Establish actual Business Value ratings on PI Objectives with Epic/Business Owners
Identify and manage critical dependencies across features
Act as the single point of contact for feature updates and delivery expectations
