Essential Functions
- Develops and implements a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals.
- Partners with department heads and hiring managers to identify current and future hiring needs.
- Leads a team of recruiters, providing coaching, mentorship, and professional development.
- Establishes key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure recruitment success and hiring effectiveness.
- Oversees the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
- Ensures an exceptional candidate experience through streamlined and engaging hiring processes.
- Implements best practices for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in hiring and talent management strategies.
- Leverages data analytics to optimize recruitment strategies and improve hiring efficiency.
- Collaborates with HR and organizational leadership to drive workforce planning and succession planning initiatives.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Complies with all policies and standards.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required
- 4-6 years of experience in talent acquisition, workforce planning, or human resources required
- 1-3 years of management or leadership experience overseeing recruitment or talent management teams required
- Strong knowledge of talent acquisition best practices, recruitment strategies, and workforce planning.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess hiring trends and optimize processes.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
- Knowledge of employment laws, compliance standards, and DEI principles in talent management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR technology platforms.
- PHR or SHRM-CP preferred
