  • Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and build data models that support reporting and analysis.
  • Leverage Tableau and Power BI to create meaningful data visualizations and dashboards for business intelligence.
  • Optimize and tune data processing workflows to ensure efficiency and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data strategy and implement best practices across the organization.
  • Utilize Microsoft Fabric to integrate and automate data workflows across multiple platforms.
  • Ensure data security, compliance, and best practices in data management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Data Engineer or in a similar role with expertise in Azure, Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI, and Microsoft Fabric.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and experience with ETL/ELT processes.
  • Experience designing and implementing data pipelines and data warehousing solutions.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially Azure.
  • Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance best practices.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment with both onsite and remote collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with Databricks or other advanced data engineering tools is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
