  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Day to Day:

  • Manage end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM, ensuring project success.
  • Oversee project steps, meetings, and resource coordination.
  • Serve as the bridge between client, Mastec, and vendors (e.g., ADP for payroll support).
  • Ensure a smooth payroll cutover and transition to the new system.
  • Drive change management to facilitate system adoption.
  • Utilize MS Project for project tracking and reporting.

MUSTS:

  • 5+ years of ERP implementation experience (Oracle Fusion preferred).
  • Healthcare industry experience
  • Strong business-side PM skills no deep technical expertise required.
  • Experience with payroll transitions and cutover planning.
  • Vendor management experience (e.g., ADP, Oracle, Mastec).
  • Expertise in MS Project, stakeholder communication, and risk management.
  • Change management experience is a major plus.
