Restoration Operations Manager

What is the Role?

We are looking for a Restoration Operations Manager to join our Emergency Services team in Ravenel, South Carolina.

You will be responsible for managing, supporting and motivating the entire Restoration Division to ensure customer satisfaction, revenue and profit growth, and staff development.

Your work will be primarily in the field, on job sites, performing work, point of contact for all client questions and concerns.

Responsibilities includes:

• Communicating clear expectations to technicians on job sites and, supervising their activities, while working alongside.
• Managing day to day client interactions and expectations to ensure work is completed promptly and to customers level of satisfaction
• Maintain continuous communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organization.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols to ensure a positive customer and client experience.
• Documenting a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided.
• Manage staff development of the Restoration Division.
• Work with the General Manager to ensure operations remain compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Develop, implement, and oversee protocols to maintain facility, vehicles, equipment, and consumables.
• Review, document, and discuss operational outcomes and key measures with the General Manager.
• Analyze the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organization’s internal capacity.
• Maintain the development of leadership and management skills, as well as Restoration expertise.
  
  

What is required?

• Industry certifications strongly preferred.
• Minimum 5 year of experience in restoration, or construction required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business operations preferred.
• Minimum 3 years management experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills, leadership skills, and management skills.
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• You are authorized to work lawfully in the United States.
  
  

Salary: $80,000- $85,000, based on experience.
