Position Title: Oracle Cloud ERP Report Developer

Position is Remote but candidate must be located and can work only from MN, ND, SD, WI, IA, & IL

Location: Remote preferred, but local/regional candidates are ideal for occasional onsite meetings.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, daytime hours.

Participation in an off-hour on-call rotation (nights, weekends, holidays) is required.

About the Role: Health Client is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud ERP Report Developer to join our agile product team.

This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to review, document, and deliver high-quality reporting solutions that align with organizational needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop reports using tools such as BI Publisher, OTBI, and BICC.
  • Analyze and document business requirements to propose and deliver effective solutions.
  • Perform unit testing and support end-user and system testing.
  • Diagnose system issues, implement fixes, and recommend preventive measures.
  • Ensure adherence to development standards, including version control and release protocols.
  • Collaborate with IT Business Partners and other stakeholders to clarify and prioritize defects and enhancements.
  • Provide mentoring, training, and professional support to fellow developers and analysts.
  • Support Oracle ERP upgrades (Legislative, Quarterly, CWB) and maintain related documentation.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, MIS, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of technical experience in Oracle Cloud ERP support, maintenance, and development.
  • Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle ERP Cloud data and table structures.
  • Expertise in BI Publisher for report creation and customization.
  • Familiarity with system integration and infrastructure.
  • Proven experience in gathering requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and technical writing skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of healthcare or health plan IT experience.
  • Functional experience in HCM, ERP, or SCM business areas.
  • Familiarity with reporting tools like FRS, OTBI, and FDI, as well as BICC and HCM Extracts.
  • Experience with ESS job management/automation, Bursting, Flex Fields, Lookups, and Value Sets.
