Overview:

We are seeking a Microsoft Power Platform Senior Developer and Administrator who will support our client. This role involves developing, customizing, and administering Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design and implement workflows, ensure data integrity and security, and provide technical support. This position will provide a wide range of operational support and business analysis. This role will integrate seamlessly with the client teams to ensure that business needs are met in a timely manner through managing and driving change using best practices, knowledge, and experience.

Duties:

  • Develop, customize, and administer Power Platform solutions including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

  • Design, develop, test, implement and maintain new applications and workflows to improve business processes and productivity.

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Power Platform solutions.

  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational standards.

  • Stay updated with the latest Power Platform features and best practices to continuously improve solutions.

  • Document system configurations, Power Platform architectures, Power Apps designs, Power Automate workflows, procedures, and user guides.

  • Working with users of Power Platform solutions to troubleshoot, educate and enhance their use and understanding.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • MS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

  • 10+ years' experience interacting with vendors and third parties effectively to meet commitments and milestones.

  • 10+ years' experience developing custom solutions interacting with vendors and third parties effectively to meet commitments and milestones.

  • 10+ years' experience in SharePoint views, classification, and metadata management.

  • 10+ years' experience using MS SharePoint and MSO365 including but not limited to Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.

  • 6+ years' testing experience with SharePoint workflows, views, metadata terms and term sets, and custom navigation.

  • 4+ years' experience interpreting complex Boolean rules controlling sorting, filtering, grouping, and targeting document presentation and access.

  • 5+ years of experience with custom connectors and APIs.

  • 5+ years of experience with UX/UI design principles.

  • 5+ years of experience working in a collaborative atmosphere, focused on Team interactions and accomplishments.

  • 2+ years of experience working with Microsoft Power Platform.

  • 3+ years of experience using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.

  • 3+ years of experience leveraging Azure services and integration of Power Platform with other Microsoft products.

  • Some travel may be required.
