About This Position
The full-time Inventory Operations Coordinator is critical in managing order fulfillment, inventory coordination, and retail onboarding across multiple sales channels, including Amazon, Walmart, and major retail partners like CVS and Target. This position is responsible for processing and tracking orders, ensuring accurate fulfillment, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining smooth supply chain operations.
The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, proficient in Excel, and experienced in order management, purchase order (PO) writing, and working with a 3PL warehouse. They will work closely with internal teams and external partners to optimize fulfillment processes, manage inventory, and support new vendor onboarding. This role requires strong organizational skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to manage high-volume data entry accurately.
Position Responsibilities
Amazon & Walmart Fulfillment:
- Manage fulfillment and receipts for Amazon and Walmart orders.
- Handle both manual and systematic order entry, shipment pickup management, and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with third-party services like RefundPros for issue resolution.
Wholesale & Retail Order Processing:
- Process and enter wholesale orders for small clients.
- Enter Amazon Seller Central orders and manage EDI orders, shipment tracking and reporting for CVS, Walmart, and Target.
- Assist with onboarding new retail vendors, including documentation and process setup.
- Maintain accurate tracking of retail orders, ensuring fulfillment accuracy and proper routing.
B2B & Inventory Management:
- Support B2B forecasting and consignment inventory management.
- Write and process purchase orders (POs) for B2B sales.
- Ensure smooth retail onboarding by coordinating order fulfillment and compliance.
- Conduct extensive data entry to maintain accurate records and reporting.
Position Qualifications
- 2+ years of operations experience, preferably in e-commerce, retail buying, retail planning, or fulfillment.
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis).
- Experience with order management, PO writing, and sales operations.
- Knowledge of warehouse coordination and logistics is required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a high-volume environment.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate effectively with vendors, warehouses, and fulfillment partners.
- Some experience in planning and forecasting is preferred.

The reasonably expected pay for this position is $20 - $30 per hour for the level scoped. Your pay will depend on several factors, including your experience, qualifications, education, location, and skills. A higher or lower pay range may apply if you are considered for a different level. This position is also eligible for stock options and a competitive benefits package.
