As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will drive full-cycle enterprise sales, from prospecting to closing, engaging key decision-makers in healthcare and benefits administration to secure high-value partnerships.

About The Role
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will drive full-cycle enterprise sales, from prospecting to closing, engaging key decision-makers in healthcare and benefits administration to secure high-value partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new enterprise partnerships with healthcare organizations, payers, and employers.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and solution-selling to contract negotiation and deal closure, ensuring sustained revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives, clinical leadership, benefits decision-makers, and other stakeholders.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to optimize pipeline health and consistently exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and product, to ensure seamless onboarding and account growth.
- Leverage market insights to refine sales strategies and position Culina Health as a leader in nutrition-based healthcare solutions.
- Use data and insights to tailor solutions and demonstrate ROI to prospective clients.
- Proven ability to drive enterprise deal success, using persistence, creativity, and consultative sales strategies to exceed targets.

- Passionate about healthcare innovation and eager to make an impact on population health.
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in healthcare, digital health, benefits, or telehealth.
- Proven track record of successfully selling into health systems, payers, or employer benefits teams.
- Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to understand client pain points and present customized solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade senior decision-makers.
- Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales analytics tools to drive data-backed decision-making and optimize sales performance.
