JOB TITLE: Preventive Maintenance Technician
Job Summary

- Performs preventative and routine maintenance of abatements equipment, per

- Manages the PM schedule and coordinates activities with tool owners
- Follows all safety protocol, pre and post maintenance activity
- Disassembles equipment and pump exhaust lines for cleaning and decontamination
- Prepares contaminated parts and coordinates cleaning activities
- Reinstalls cleaned and or new replacement parts and assemblies
- Performs system start-up and post maintenance testing
- Maintains maintenance logs and completes all required documentation
- Creates, modifies and updates excel, word and PowerPoint documents
- Ability to perform helium leak checks after performing on-site repairs and preventative maintenance
- Maintains clean work areas, tools and toolboxes
- Ability to support compressed work, 3 day/4 day/week rotation, 12 hours/day
- 1-2 years of Mechanical or Electrical experience
- Ability to read and understand technical procedures and instructions
- Ability to effectively communicate information and respond to questions from supervisors and managers
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, and lift for extended periods of time and to walk long distances
- This position will come in contact with chemicals. The use of aprons, face shields and specialized gloves will be required. (All PPE and training provided)
- Ability to utilize all required personal protective equipment including potential use of respirators
- Ability to pass required drug screening and background check
- Minimum high school diploma required
