  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  1. Open Chrome on your computer.
  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • 5+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams as a Scrum master.

  • Experience in playing a full time Agile Coach role for at least 4 years for software development teams that was diligently applying Agile & Scrum values, principles, practices, and theory.

  • Awareness and experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games.

  • Experience creating coaching plan, Agile Maturity assessment, customer research, training materials.

  • Serves as a subject matter expert with training and developing content on Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and other agile practices at a level accessible to beginners and diving deep for advanced topics.

  • Assesses the agile maturity of the teams and organization and coaches the team(s) and organization to higher levels of maturity at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization that moves toward an agile operating model.

  • Having rich experience and expertise in coaching teams/squads in Agile best practices.

  • Excellent oral and written communications skills; ability to interact effectively with all levels within the organization.

  • ICAgile ACC

  • SAFe RTE & SPC
