- Supervise janitorial services and other office vendors
- Organize office layout and equipment procurement
- Maintain a well-stocked kitchen/pantry with team favorites
- Coordinate with building management on facilities issues
- Assist with interview scheduling and candidate management
- Welcome and host office visitors
- Provide general scheduling and administrative support
- Coordinate team events and celebrations
- Support meeting setup and management
