Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Cyara Automation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and automating tests for customer-facing systems in a contact center environment. This position involves working with our functional and technical teams to ensure the quality and performance of our contact center solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute automated test scripts using Cyara Automation to validate performance and functionality of IVR, voice, and omnichannel systems.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver quality solutions.
- Monitor and analyze test results to identify performance bottlenecks and functional issues.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues with test scripts and automation workflows.
- Perform system integrations and customization to ensure seamless deployment and optimization of solutions.
- Maintain and update automation frameworks to ensure continued efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
- Assist in troubleshooting issues in production environments and provide support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8+ yrs experience in IT
- 3-5 years of experience Cyara Automation specifically.
- experience with Cyara Automation testing.
- Strong understanding of automated testing principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python, or similar).
- Experience with cloud-based platforms and APIs.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
