We are seeking a dynamic and innovative QA Director to revolutionize our test methodology and leverage AI and modern technologies to drive test automation for our enterprise SaaS platform. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our QA processes and make a significant impact on our product quality and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of approximately 10 QA Engineers, both onshore and offshore, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive QA strategy that incorporates AI and cutting-edge technologies to enhance test automation.
- Take ownership of the QA architecture, defining and orchestrating the processes and methodologies needed for effective testing.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of QA practices into the development lifecycle.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize QA efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide thought leadership and guidance on best practices for QA, helping to accelerate our delivery timelines and improve product quality.
- Strong background in QA automation with hands on experience using AI and modern testing tools
- Willing/able to still be hands on as required
- Experience leading QA for a high performing enterprise SaaS company with demonstrated track record of creating high performance teams
- Demonstrated experience modernizing test methodology and ability to think strategically and drive change with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement
- Must be a confident and strong communicator
- Unlimited PTO (you are REQUIRED to take at least 3 weeks!)
