This role is commission-based and offers an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated professional to work directly with promoters and venues within their local area to grow and elevate the brand and show presence.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with event promoters, venue managers, and nightlife industry professionals in your designated local area.

- Secure bookings for the Sip and Soul Show by pitching the concept to venues, promoters, and other stakeholders in the music and nightlife industries.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute strategies that increase show visibility and ticket sales.

- Identify and capitalize on networking opportunities, including events, music industry gatherings, and nightlife promotions, to drive sales efforts.

- Provide regular progress reports and communicate sales outcomes to the project team.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in the music industry, nightlife promotions, or similar entertainment-related fields.

- Established connections with venue managers, promoters, or relevant industry professionals in your local area.

- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade stakeholders and secure event partnerships.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional demeanor.

- Self-driven and able to work independently while meeting performance goals.

- Passion for music, nightlife, and promotional events.

Compensation:
