- Oversee day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring smooth management of all aspects of the community
- Lead and inspire a team, including leasing agents, maintenance staff, and other property personnel
- Manage tenant relations, addressing issues and resolving concerns with a proactive and customer-focused approach
- Maintain property compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Drive leasing and renewal strategies to ensure high occupancy rates
- Implement cost-effective solutions for maintenance and operational efficiency
- Stay ahead of the competition by identifying and implementing innovative property management strategies
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing multifamily properties, ideally 200+ units
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven ability to maintain high occupancy and achieve financial targets
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility
