RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Draper, UT that is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join their team as a Travel and Expense Compliance Auditor.
Summary:
In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and processing expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies, and educating employees on policy interpretations. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for efficiency and automation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process and audit 200-250 expense reports per day (10 tickets/hour)
* Review expense reports, receipts, and policies, ensuring compliance with company guidelines
* Educate employees on expense policy interpretations and best practices
* Collaborate with the team to improve and automate auditing processes
* Utilize Concur, AppZen, Citi Bank, and Wells Fargo (for Japan operations) for expense management
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Business (preferred) or 3-5 years of related accounting experience
* Experience with expense reporting ERP systems, such as Concur and/or AppZen (preferred)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Knowledge of Excel Power Query, Power BI, and SQL is a plus
* Strong critical thinking skills for policy enforcement and compliance
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
* Excellent communication skills with a customer service approach
* Highly detail-oriented with a solution-driven mindset
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
