Key Responsibilities

  • Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs to develop functional and technical requirements.
  • Formulate system solutions that align with overall business strategies.
  • Conduct business process mapping and reengineering to identify technology enhancements that drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Prepare solution options, risk assessments, and financial analyses (e.g., cost/benefit, ROI, buy vs. build).
  • Write detailed documentation including user needs, program functions, and steps required for software development or modification.
  • Develop business requirement documents, user stories, acceptance criteria, and maintain product backlogs.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, product owners, developers, testers, and project managers to ensure deliverables meet user needs and project goals.
  • Coordinate system demos, user acceptance testing (UAT), and code releases.
  • Communicate effectively with business units and technical teams to ensure alignment and shared understanding.
  • Provide occasional on-call support depending on the project phase and release schedule.
