Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sr Director Solution Consulting. The Sr Director Solution Consulting will lead and manage the solution consulting team, providing strategic guidance and ensuring the successful implementation of Sprinklr's Unified-CXM platform for clients. Responsibilities include overseeing the development of customized solutions for clients, collaborating with sales and product teams, conducting product demonstrations, and offering continuous improvement recommendations. The role involves both managing team performance and directly engaging with key stakeholders to drive customer success.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in solution consulting, solution architecture, or related fields
  • Strong knowledge of customer experience management (CXM) and enterprise software solutions
  • Leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring a team
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in AI-powered software solutions and digital transformation is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field; an advanced degree is a plus
