Kforce has a client in the construction industry that is looking to add a Service Operations Specialist to their department in Pasadena, CA.

Summary:
The Service Operations Specialist ensures the smooth execution of service agreements, billing, and project compliance. This role requires strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as collaboration across departments to maintain accurate records and support operational efficiency.

Day to Day Overview:
* Manually booking contracts into their system
* Working closely with their compliance team to ensure data verification
* Maintain accurate project and customer data, including addresses, contact information, and billing details
* Important to note they will not be meeting with Company's external customers, but more internally; Will be working closely with the Project Managers in the field
* Track and monitor the status of service agreements to ensure timely renewals and service delivery
* Establish new projects, jobs, and contracts in the company's ERP system

REQUIREMENTS:
* Data entry (heavy experience required)
* Experience with JD Edwards
* Detail-oriented (accurate notes are crucial for successful conversion)
* Handling critical information
* Preparation: Candidate must come prepared for the interview, demonstrate professionalism, and have a clear understanding of the role and organization
* Team-Oriented: Must be a collaborative team player, as Sunbelt fosters a close-knit, "team together, team apart" culture
* Construction experience (a plus)

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
