We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Manager to lead and oversee complex projects in the finance, banking, or insurance industries. This hybrid role requires three days onsite each week and offers an exciting opportunity to work on data migration initiatives, vendor upgrades, in-house development projects, and cutting-edge technologies. The Project Manager will be responsible for drafting and submitting budget proposals, tracking financials, and making necessary adjustments to align with business objectives. Utilizing industry best practices, they will establish project timelines, set key milestones, and manage deliverables through various project management tools.

Collaboration is critical, as the Project Manager will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders. They will engage with senior leadership, IT teams, vendors, and business units to acquire necessary resources, assign tasks, and ensure project alignment with business goals. This role requires the ability to motivate and supervise project teams while fostering a culture of accountability and efficiency.

The Project Manager must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to track and report project progress, evaluate results based on data-driven insights, and forecast future trends. Requirements:
Candidates must have a proven track record of managing large-scale projects with significant budgets, funding sources, and diverse team structures. They must demonstrate experience leading cross-functional teams and engaging with various stakeholders, including executives, business leaders, IT professionals, and external vendors.

Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in project management tools, including Confluence, Jira, SharePoint, and Clarizen
  • Strong understanding of enterprise technology environments and software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Experience with data migration, vendor upgrade projects, and in-house development initiatives

Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • PMP certification preferred
