Issues management/governance consultant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Consultant to support issues management and governance initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in data reconciliation, reporting, and visualization, with strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform reconciliations using multiple data sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Develop reporting views and presentations in PowerPoint to communicate key insights.
• Generate and analyze reports from various platforms, including Archer, Power BI dashboards, and Excel ad-hoc reports.
• Interpret data, identify patterns, and make inferences to support decision-making.
• Ensure alignment between incident management activities and broader governance objectives.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong experience with Excel (data analysis, reconciliation) and PowerPoint (reporting, visualization).
• Prior experience in an Incident Management team, particularly with Archer.
• Tactical and task-oriented, with the ability to connect the dots across datasets.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
