Enterprise Architect (IT Applications)
Our client is seeking a direct-hire Enterprise IT Architect to help define and drive enterprise architecture maturity within the organization.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can champion best practices in Enterprise Architecture while also being hands-on in technology projects, products, and platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with senior leadership to align technology solutions with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define and maintain enterprise architecture principles and standards.
- Align technology solutions with business goals and long-term strategies.
- Lead enterprise-wide architecture initiatives and roadmaps.
- Stay updated on emerging technology trends and best practices to drive innovation.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to support digital transformation initiatives.
- Train and mentor engineers on architecture standards and best practices.
- Ensure technology platforms are aligned, interconnected, and support high availability, security, performance, and reliability.
- Provide solution architecture across multiple programs and projects concurrently.
Qualifications & Technical Expertise:
- Experience as an Enterprise Architect, helping to grow a company into in a mature organization
- Strong understanding of integration patterns and enterprise application integration (EAI).
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
- Previous hands-on experience with Java, JavaScript frameworks (ReactJS, VueJS), CSS frameworks, and Node.js.
- Proficiency in Data, Analytics, and Business Intelligence (BI), including Master Data Management solutions.
- Solid understanding of security principles and compliance requirements.
- Ability to provide strategic foresight to anticipate future technology challenges and opportunities.
- Visionary leadership to guide technology innovation and architecture decisions.
- Executive presence to engage with C-level stakeholders and board members.
Preferred Experience & Attributes:
- Exposure to AI-driven assessments and automation in business processes.
- Preference for AWS technologies
- Ability to introduce structured processes and contribute to documenting and modernizing current enterprise architecture strategies.
- Strong communication skills, capable of presenting architectural designs and engaging business stakeholders.
