What You'll Do
- Architect and build scalable, cloud-native applications using React (frontend) and Python (backend).
- Design and optimize APIs (REST/GraphQL) to ensure seamless data processing and real-time analytics.
- Leverage AWS services (Lambda, ECS, DynamoDB, S3, API Gateway) for performance, security, and scalability.
- Implement microservices and event-driven architectures to handle large-scale data pipelines.
- Mentor and guide engineering teams, fostering best practices in cloud development and software engineering.
- Drive DevOps strategies to improve CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and security compliance.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, with deep expertise in React.js (TypeScript) and Python (Django, FastAPI, or Flask).
- Strong knowledge of AWS cloud architecture (EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway, etc.).
- Experience with scalable system design, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
- Background in big data, analytics, or machine learning integration (a plus!).
- Strong leadership skills, with a passion for mentoring and guiding teams.
- Experience working in high-scale, data-driven environments, ideally in finance, insurance, or risk management.
