  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

Support NAM Sales Operations team with completion of common data-centric needs across each segment including:

Master data management

- Account Change Requests

- Hierarchy updates (ensuring a sub account is aligned to its apex account)

- De-duplication of accounts

- Firmographics (updating account information when our purchased data is incorrect)

- Trouble-shooting account data issues (E.g., sales team needs to quote a renewal, but needs to first ensure data on account is accurate) Manual back office processing (submitting requests via google form for every oppty)

- Compensation credit splits

- Aircover bonus requests

- Uncovered territory credit

Anaplan support

- FY25 planning support

Skills: MS Suite, Google Suite, Tableau (preferred), Anaplan (preferred)

Education: Bachelor's Degree
