Key Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive, modern, and visually appealing web and mobile experiences
- Ensure accessibility compliance, particularly WCAG 2.2 standards
- Develop user workflows and wireframes, focusing on layout, controls, typography, and color
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to implement designs
- Conduct usability testing and provide feedback for continuous improvement
- Communicate and present design ideas effectively to cross-functional teams
Requirements
Requirements:
- Mid-level experience in both web and mobile UX/UI design
- Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2)
- Proficiency in wireframing and user workflow design
- Experience in collaborative design implementation with engineering teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills:
- CSS knowledge to create design templates rather than only working on side designs
- Experience with Syncfusion controlsKnowledge of Blazor & MAUI is a plus
