Piper Companies is seeking a Lead .NET Software Developer to perform hands on development and architecture of cloud-based .NET applications for our homebuilder & construction company. The Lead .NET Software Engineer will be responsible for developing a robust in-house suite of applications for enterprise clients both small and large. This job opens for applications on 2/24/2025. Responsibilities of the Lead .NET Software Developer include:
Lead level developer that will perform hands on development as well as mentorship to other team members
Team is creating a self-help function/API for small to mid-sized clients
The focus is connecting and enhancing older systems and automating redundant steps to improve customer experience
Self-starter and good communication skills
Ability to participate and contribute to application architectural discussions
Qualifications for the Lead .NET Software Developer include:
5+ years of experience in software development/engineering
.NET and/or .NET CORE experience including Services orientated architecture, Web Services, and REST/Restful APIs
Familiar with working in Visual Studio, Git Repository, and DevOps workflows
This individual should have strong back-end experience, and an understanding of front-end processes
Preference for Bachelor or Master's Degree in related technical field
Compensation for the Lead .NET Software Developer include:
Hourly Range: $77/hr (W2, C2C or 1099)
Salary Range: $155,000 salary
Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO, and holidays as required by law
