Network Security Project Manager (Exp in Banking domain)
Establish and maintain a governance structure with clear roles and responsibilities
Ensure compliance with PMI standards, IT controls, and regulatory requirements
Assemble and lead a skilled project team
Mentor and motivate the team to achieve project goals
Develop and maintain a detailed project plan
Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk throughout the project lifecycle
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure clear communication
Facilitate cross-team discussions and collaboration
Proactively identify and address project risks and issues
Escalate critical concerns to stakeholders promptly
Develop and execute a project communication plan
Provide regular status updates on scope, schedule, budget, and resource
Oversee vendor performance and ensure fulfillment of Statements of Work (if applicable)
Conduct project closure activities, including lessons learned and post-implementation reviews
Ensure smooth handover to production support and operations
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, MS Project, and PowerPoint)
Experience managing large, complex application projects with infrastructure components
Strong ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks
Expertise in creating and maintaining project plans
Strong leadership capabilities to direct, manage, and motivate teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management
Ability to identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues
Timely escalation of roadblocks and constraints
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation
Required Education:
Bachelor''s degree or equivalent experience.
Required Certification:
PMP Certification (Project Management Professional) is mandatory.
