Job Title: CAPPS/PeopleSoft Developer
Location: Hybrid 4 days remote, 1 day onsite (Fridays) in Austin, TX (Local candidates only)

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced CAPPS/PeopleSoft Developer to support the SCOR BAU EI parallel initiative. The developer will be responsible for analysis, programming, system enhancements, interface development, and data migration to facilitate integration between CAPPS Financials and SCOR.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in PeopleSoft development, including PeopleCode, PeopleTools, Application Designer, Application Engine, SQR, SQL, and Oracle. Responsibilities include maintaining and enhancing applications, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with code coverage, testing, and security policies.
This role requires on-call availability as needed and is hybrid, with one required onsite day (Fridays) per week in Austin, TX.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and maintain PeopleSoft Financials applications, including modules such as Contracts, ePro, GL, Payables, Purchasing, Strategic Sourcing, and Commitment Control.
- Perform PeopleSoft Application Development using PeopleCode, PeopleTools, Application Designer, Application Engine, SQR, and SQL.
- Support interface development and data migration using Oracle, Unix, and Shell scripting.
- Develop and enhance reports using BI Publisher.
- Provide troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and defect corrections in maintenance mode.
- Conduct code testing, peer reviews, and documentation to ensure quality and compliance.
- Follow Agile methodologies and collaborate with teams using Jira.
- Ensure adherence to security policies and coding best practices.
- Provide on-call support as required.
Minimum Requirements
Candidates must meet or exceed the following qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in PeopleSoft Application Development, including PeopleCode, PeopleTools, Application Designer, Application Engine, SQR, and SQL.
- 8+ years of experience with PeopleSoft Financials, including development, implementation, and upgrades.
- 8+ years of experience with Oracle databases.
- 8+ years of experience with Unix, Shell scripting, and data migration.
- 8+ years of experience developing in a PeopleSoft 9.2 environment.
- 8+ years of experience developing reports using BI Publisher.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with Jira & Agile methodologies
